Strategic Management

Research seminar on why some firms persistently outperform others. Students read and debate foundational and frontier papers, then develop their own research ideas grounded in each session's theme.
Each paper comes with an audio overview students listen to before class. The course ends with a full research proposal.

Principles of Modern Management

Foundational management course organized around the four core functions: planning, organizing, influencing, and controlling. Each session pairs a management concept with a real company case.
Every session has a companion video explainer. Students work in teams on a semester-long company analysis project.

Private Equity: Corporate Strategy for Growth

Intensive module covering the full PE investment cycle, from deal sourcing and due diligence to corporate governance and operational value creation in portfolio companies.
Built entirely around the Avago Technologies buyout case, analyzed from deal entry through exit.
